Can I get my Swatch wet?
All Swatch watches in our collections
are water-resistant to 30 metres / 100 feet, as well as being
shockproof. Swatch Scuba watches are water-resistant to 200
metres / 650 feet.

I have a metal
allergy, which watch would be best?
Forget the Irony range and look at
Originals Jelly-in-Jelly and
Skin instead. The plastic
Skin
and Jelly-in-Jelly watches are
completely sealed on the back in plastic. Most of the
Originals are plastic backed with the exception of just the
battery. If your allergy is just to nickel and not all
metals then we have been advised by customers that Swatch
watches are particularly suitable because they are made of
stainless steel.

What Is Beat?
Swatch's digital watches, featuring Internet Time in
addition to Time 1, Time 2, the day, date, alarm, stop watch,
count down, backlight, and a unique animation on the watch
display. Beat watches come in 3 basic sizes: .beat alu, .beat
alu medium, and .beat alu mini. Beat medium watches designated
with a "synchro" function (also known as "synchro.beat")
allow for watch to watch or watch to computer communication
via sound.

So what is Internet Time?
A new universal time created by Swatch. With this new way
of timekeeping, there are no more time zones, as the entire
world is happening at the same time, at the same moment.
Internet Time divides the 24 hours of a day into 1000 units
called beats. 1 beat represents 1 minute, 26.4 seconds.
Internet Time is displayed by @ and three digits, ranging from
@000 to @999. The internet day starts at midnight (@000) in
Biel, the home of Swatch.

What are Chrono watches?
A chronograph (chrono) is a watch
with a stopwatch function. This additional mechanism makes it
possible to measure and record short times. By clicking on the
push buttons, the hands of the chronograph (seconds, minutes,
hours) can be started, stopped, or reset to zero.

Do Swatch
watches have a back light?
Loomi... it's not a lamp... it's a
physical reaction that illuminates the dial plate on your
Swatch. Press the top right button to activate the electric
current that converts the electrons into this energy force

What is SnowPass?
 The
Swatch Snowpass watches are fitted with a microchip that can
be loaded with your day, week, or season ticket. Then, by
simply holding your forearm at the bottom station, the
turnstile will open automatically. No more tickets! Snowpass

world-wide!

RSKM have been an official Swatch UK reseller since

website. RSKM is part of the meaco group of companies,

Is my payment secure?
It is far safer for you to make a payment over the Internet
using a secure server like ours than it is to give your credit
card details over the phone. At no stage will a human
see your credit card details and your information will not be
stored on our computers. Payments can be made via Paypal
and any major credit or debit card listed at the bottom of
each screen using the internationally recognised and
supported
SecPay
secure payment system.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
If you order a Swatch Express watch using Special Delivery
before 2:30pm then you will receive the watch with your postman
by 1pm the next day. Other watches will be processed
through Swatch's European logistic system and will be with you
after about 7-14 days (Non stock watches). For watches
which are in stock, the delivery time is between 1-3
days. We will notify you via email if your
watch is out of stock and then you can decide what to do.
