Buy a Swatch or Bijoux and it can be exchanged or refunded without penalty for up to 10 days after receipt.  After the 10th day we reserve the right to impose a 15% re-stocking charge for any items returned for a refund.  We never refund the original delivery charge.

All refunds and exchanges must be in a re-saleable condition.
If you do want to send anything back for a refund or exchange then just pop it back to us recorded delivery with a covering note and details of the refund or the exchange.  If the exchange is more expensive then a cheque made payable to RSKM for the difference will be fine.  If we owe you money then your credit card will be refund automatically.  We never refund the original delivery charge.

Swatch divide their ranges of watches, children's watches and jewellery into different classifications.  Originals is the name for plastic watches which is then itself subdivided into Classic, Gents, Ladies, Turnover, Square, Touch, Jelly-in-Jelly and SnowPass.  Irony is a group of metal watches which divides into Diaphane, Diaphane Chrono, Big, Chrono, Medium, Chrono Medium, Lady Lady, Petite Seconde, Nabab and new for Spring 2006 The Chrono.  For all the very latest from Swatch.  For sports watches try the FunScuba, FunBoarder, SnowPass and any of the Chrono (chronograph) sections.  For the world's thinnest watches go to Skin where you will find the 3.9mm Skin Classic, and Skin Chrono.  For children we have Flik Flak children's watches and children's clock.  For jewellery we have Swatch Bijoux for earrings, rings,  bracelets, necklaces and broochs.
