1. All prices are in clearly stated throughout the site, we
will monitor and adjust prices regularly to ensure that we
always offer the best possible value for money. We therefore
reserve the right to change any advertised price before you
place an order.
2. All products and services are subject to availability and
may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be
fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full
refund.
3. **Delivery is normally £2.00 per item within the U.K. and £7.50 for
Europe and USA by
recorded post. Within Buyaswatch
Express there is an option to pay extra of £3.50 for delivery by
Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed delivery by 1pm the
next day. This applies to orders placed Monday to Friday
before 2.30pm. For orders placed on a Saturday and a Sunday
the despatch date will be Monday. For orders placed on a
Friday we will mark the consignment up for delivery on the
Saturday but we cannot guarantee that the Royal Mail will
deliver it on the Saturday. Expected delivery times are next day for Swatch
Express items and approximately 10 working days for all other watches, we will email
you when your order is despatched and in case of any delay.
You have the right to cancel your order and ask for a full
refund up to the point of despatch.
** Currently delivery is free within the UK apart from
Special Delivery which is charged at £5.50 per
delivery**
A handling fee of £1.50 applies to all orders to cover the
cost of credit and debit card processing and fraud prevention.
4. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card
listed at the bottom of each screen using
the internationally recognised and supported SecPay secure
payment system. Payment will be debited from your account when
you order, i.e. before the despatch of your purchase. We will take all
reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so,
to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence
of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any
loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised
access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from
our site.
5. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged
in transit please contact us in writing. You will receive an
email when your goods are despatched. In the case of damaged
goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours
of receipt. All watches are sent by Royal Mail, we can therefore track your delivery
quickly should there be a problem.
DATA PROTECTION
We request your name and address to enable us to provide you
with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass
your name and address to ANY third parties.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use
the information that we collect about you lawfully (in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to
process your order and second, to provide you with the best
possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us
your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from
us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* address
* phone number
* email address
* credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you without
your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You
can check the information that we hold about you by emailing
us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it
promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely
in accordance with our internal security policy and the law .
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA
(European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent
first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of
visitors to our site. This can include using a
"cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You
can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The
information collected in this way can be used to identify you
unless you modify your browser settings.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED & REFUNDS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you
could return it within 10 working days of the despatch date with your
receipt, providing it is in a resalable condition. This excludes opened
products. There is a 15% re-stocking charge for opened or worn
returned goods. We never refund delivery charges. All returns must be in a re-saleable condition.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

All watches are supported by Swatch's worldwide guarantee,
